Yulis Foranne is a supporting character from Spira Caelix. His saccharine front belies his sly and manipulative nature, and his lofty ambitions drive him to perform deeds that many would consider too far for the ends to justify. By day, he is a fashion designer of an eccentric boutique; by night, he is one of the most powerful people on Caelix and a prospective candidate for the next Valeant of Gendor, a position he deeply covets.

An orphaned human who was adopted into a prestigious fae family, Yulis yearns to right the wrongs of the world, even if that turns him against those who took him in.


Yulis is almost never sighted without one of his many hand fans. He, of course, has one for every occasion, which is always coordinated with his outfits. He often uses them to help him channel his magic, and he specializes in manipulating water.
